1. All Practices will be from 5:30-7 p.m. or 7-8:30 p.m. (During the week). Weekend Practices can be scheduled anytime as long as they don’t interfere with games. Must e-mail name to tmcwjc@fuse.net to use the fields.

2. Practices will be scheduled out for the Month up to Game Day then revised and go through 1st half then revised to finish the season.

4. Your last name will be used for practices.

5. Letters Marked with a “Highlighter” (blue-baseball; pink-softball) are for games. Please NO practicing on fields before a scheduled game.

6. Practices will be bumped for “MAKE UP” Games. The coach re-scheduling the “MAKE UP” game is responsible for calling the practicing coach to tell them their practice has been Bumped (Please notify Field Scheduler).

7. If you are Signed-up for practice and have to cancel, PLEASE be considerate and let the Field Scheduler know so that other teams can sign up.

8. Only Line your Field on Game Day & put Liner Equipment away after finished with it.

9. Do not expect field drug for EVERY game...just for it to look nice.

10. If individual fields are flagged because of weather...it will be Flagged at the Pictures Mound...If ALL fields are closed it will be posted at the GATE. DO NOT GET ON FIELD... it is not your judgment call if already flagged!

11. Field Maintenance will notify the Field Scheduler by 4:30 p.m. as to field condition, you can contact the WJAA answering system to hear current conditions. (will be updated at 4:30)

12. Coaches are more then welcome to “work the fields” to get them ready for your game...as long as NO RAIN is supposed to be coming...it can do more damage to the fields.

13. Make sure your area along with your visitors area is cleaned up after your practice and games.

14. Bases and Pitchers mound to be put away after each Game and/or Practice.

15. NO PARKING in Handicap area or along the gravel near the entrance of the complex...this is for PRACTICES & GAMES.

16. If you are the last coach/team to leave, please make sure all barns are locked and gate is closed/locked.

17.  Cancellation Procedure – Games will ONLY be cancelled by the FIELD MAINTENANCE for field conditions it is not the coach who cancels the game.  When the game is cancelled please listen to the phone system so that you can then notify the other team and your parents.  If for some reason the game gets cancelled (not by the field maintenance person) you need to contact the Field Scheduler & the head of concessions!
