1. All Practices will be from 5:30-7 p.m. or 7-8:30 p.m. (During the week). Weekend Practices can be scheduled anytime as long as they don’t interfere with games. Must still write name down if you use the fields.

2. You are only allowed 2 practices a week. (not including Sunday)

3. You can only Schedule 7 days in advance so everyone has a chance.

4. Use your last name for practices. PLEASE USE PENCIL on Calendar.

5. Letters Marked with a “High Lighter” (blue-baseball; pink-softball) are for games. Please NO practicing on fields before a scheduled game.

6. Practices will be bumped for “MAKE UP” Games. The coach re-scheduling the “MAKE UP” game is responsible for calling the practicing coach to tell them their practice has been Bumped (Please mark “MAKE UP” along with your letter & notify Field Scheduler).

7. If you Signup for practice and have to cancel, PLEASE be sure to erase your name so that other teams can sign up.

8. Only Line Fields on Game Day & put Liner Equipment away after finished with it.

9. Do not expect field drug for EVERY game...just for it to look nice.

10. If individual fields are flagged because of weather...it will be Flagged at the Pictures Mound...If ALL fields are closed it will be posted at the GATE. DO NOT GET ON FIELD... it is not your judgment call if already flagged!

11. Will be posted ONLINE by 4:30 p.m. as to field condition.

12. Coaches are more then welcome to “work the fields” to get them ready for your game...as long as NO RAIN is supposed to be coming...it can do more damage to the fields.

13. Make sure your area along with your visitors area is cleaned up after your practice and games.

14. Bases and Pitchers mound to be put away after each Game and/or Practice.

15. NO PARKING in Handicap area or along the gravel near the entrance of the complex...this is for PRACTICE & GAMES.

16. If you are the last coach/team to leave, please make sure all barns are locked and gate is closed/locked.
