To all:

Please see the dates below for the weekend that your team will be responsible for running the concession stand and the front door.  Therefore you will have to have two parents responsible, one for the door and one for the concession for each game on the weekend.  I have attached the weekly schedule for you to see how many games that we will have the weekend that your team is responsible for.  Please let me know if you have any questions, but I would like to have an email sent to me by Friday night the week of  with the list of who will be covering for your team during the appropriate time frame.  It will also be the responsibility of the team each week to help clean the gym at the end of the day and help take out the garbage.  We were very lax with this, for the most part, last year and I would really appreciate everyone’s help on this.  Please make sure that whoever pulls the last shift for you, understands that they will also be responsible for helping close up the gym.  Thanks for your help with this in advance. 

I know many of you get push back from your parents because they don’t want to miss a game, or simply don’t want to help out, but this will be a necessity.  Also please let your parents know that those parents that sign up for the first shift will be responsible for being there no later than 8:30 am to help take admissions and to open the concession.  Last year, we had problems having people there on time and I was caught on numerous occasions trying to take money, open concession, and setting up the floor.
