2009 Age Guideline

U18 -- Born in 1992-1991.
(This includes Junior Olympic Gold.)
14 & Under -- Born in 1995.
13 & Under -- Born in 1996.
12 & Under -- Born in 1997.
11 & Under -- Born in 1998.
10 & Under -- Born in 1999.
9 & Under -- Born in 2000.
8 & Under -- Born in 2001.
7 & Under -- Born in 2002.
6 & Under -- Born in 2007-2003.

Softball Team Treats

REGULAR SEASON GAMES:

Fields are handled by Chad.  Field Scheduling is handled by Tracy.  Umpires will be scheduled by Shari (baseball) and Karen (Softball).

Coaches will play their games on the assigned dates, times and fields.   We have had coaches in the past wanting to reschedule all their games for different days - this CAN NOT happen unless worked out between the coach & field scheduler.

Check the field schedule on the website.  In the event that your regular season game was left off of the schedule, e-mail Tracy immediately so the addition can be made.  Please do not wait until the day of your game to check the schedule and then realize that there is a problem.

Rainouts (Make-Up) Games:

Make-up games should be made up at our fields if they were originally scheduled at home.

Coaches must confirm the date and time with the opposing manager and e-mail your field scheduler before NOON on Saturday for the upcoming week.

Check the field schedule on the web site after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday just to double check that your game has been scheduled.

If we can not accommodate you with a field for your game, you will be notified by your field scheduler.

GAME CANCELLATIONS:

If your game has been cancelled, it is the manager's responsibility to call their Tracy.

If the cancellation is not called to these Tracy, your team/the manager will be responsible for paying the umpires for his next home game.
