WJAA Secretary Report for the August Meeting.

 President Report: Will Discuss in New Business

Secretary report:  Will be read in September.

Treasurer’s report:  Paul will give full report for July/August next month. 

 Committee reports:

Softball:  No Rep.

Soccer:  1st weekend of games this weekend....Remember to line & Empty Garbage on YOUR field when team is responsible, sheet posted in both sides of barn.  Line/Paint has been purchased....If you still need supplies get with Jim Jermer.  we got U9g & U12g Tournaments.  Tracy will meet with Coaches afterwards to go over more detaield information.

Baseball:  No Rep.  League still owes WJAA for Tournament UMP pay

Basketball:  No Rep.  Sign-ups October 22nd at the concession stand 11-3 p.m. Tracy will check with Stewart to make sure these dates are OK.

Concession:  Go Over in NEW Business

Haunted Woods:  Information is ONLINE... 1/2 sheet flyers will be made up to allow more to be printed for LESS cost!  Dave Varney will donate 1,000 sheets (copies) for the Haunted Woods.  Discussed Advertising Cost/places...Trail design this year...1st meeting will be September 8th & 8:30 p.m. at the concession stand.

Old Business:  

Still have not found SPEAKERS...will begin to look ONLINE for a cheap set.

New Business

Jim will be providing eac Soccer Team with ICE PACKS (about 4 each) since the CONCESSION is not open during the week.

Motion made by Kristy to purchase a DUAL DEEP FRYER 2nd by Lance all was in favor to use during KIDS DAY/ HAUNTED WOODS / ETC. will cost no more then $100.

Motion made by Kristy to receive $150 for bottom cabinets for concession 2nd by Lance Klein all was in favor to allow $150 to go to Kristy to purchase bottom cabinets.

Motion to adjourn meeting by Don Barge at 9:00 p.m. and 2nd by Lance Klein.

Next meeting was scheduled for September 27th at 8:30 at Complex
