Meeting Minutes

Motion to open meeting 8:30 PM Foster, second Cummins

Secretary – Meeting minutes read from May 26th meeting.  Motion to accept Cummins second Bogan.

Treasurer –Total $24,423.09

Kids Day total after umpires were paid is $6,000

Expect to bring in another $25,000 the rest of the year.  Motion to accept Foster, second Bogan.

President – Received thank you from the school levy. 

Softball – last week of season

Baseball – nothing to report

Football – 17 kids have signed up so far, we will send out new flyers the first week of school.  And we are scheduled to start the 2^nd week in September.  Looking for anyone that would like to help with the camp, Monday and Wednesday nights.

Volleyball – A lot of interest in the new camp which will be held Sundays at 5:00

Soccer – Mt Orab may be joining the CCSA League.  We currently have 18 or 19 teams, we lost 3 boys teams.

August 1^st is set for field days

Jack Hermann’s camp is the first week of August.

Soccer registration has brought in $4250.

Cheerleading – Need to have another sign-up when school starts.  They are going to also cheer for flag football nights

Concession – Bought new pretzel machine and has been going well.  Looking at maybe getting another one for pizza.  Coke transition went ok.  Team treats for soccer will be $1 per kid up to $8.

Basketball – Nothing to report

VP- Kids Glove order forms due August 1^st.  There is extra equipment in the barn, baseball, soccer, softballs.

Field Manager – Nothing to report

Old Business – Fence repaired

New Business – Need paint for soccer and football

Hardship cases – need to write a letter and then they will be set up on a payment plan.
