Motion to open meeting 7:35 PM Klein, second Rachel

Secretary – Meeting minutes read from March 31^st meeting.  Motion to accept Foster, second Klein.

Treasurer - $25,249.14 in main account, $3,329.45 in concession account.  We had a $3,179 profit from basketball.  The 3^rd installment has been paid on the dugouts.  The monthly payment on the line of credit is currently set at $200 a month, we plan on raising that to $500 a month.  Motion to accept Rachel, second Bogan.

President – Agreed to not have booth at June in Olde Williamsburg due to it being too close to Kids Day.  June 13^th Kids Day – Marilyn Melcher is doing donations and raffles.  Checking with Jim Rohne on games.  The theme will be “Fun in the Sun”.

Ruth Lung came with a levy update. 

VP – Quotes on dirt 

 Evans Landscaping - 10+ yards 19.50 a yard $60 delivery no fuel charge

? Trucking - $420 for 10 yards

Going to go with the 20 yards from Evans Landscaping

Also need 6 sheets of plywood to put under dirt

Kids Glove games - 4/27 and 5/20 - $8.00 a ticket

Softball – Rachel reported for Tommy, he was at SOSLI meeting.  Schedules were being handed out tonight.

Baseball – Schedule out tomorrow.  Umpire School April 4^th & 5^th at Williamsburg Community Center 10:30.

Cheerleading – Nothing to report

Basketball – 4^th grade girls finished 2nd.  Dan Mckibben will be borrowing basketball rims.

Concession – Need to get stuff from High School.  Will be making a Sams run soon.  Also looking into purchasing a pizza warmer, hot dog machine and slusie machine.

Would like to get a bulletin board for the concession to put upcoming events on. 

 June in Olde Williamsburg – June 5, 6 & 7.  Parade is the 5^th, line up at 5:00 at high school.  Kids entertainment on the 6^th from 10-2 on main stage.  5K Run for the Funds is the 6^th also.

 Saturday April 18^th was Clean and Green Pickup from 10-12 meeting at Sue’s.

Soccer – Jack Hermann soccer camp will be at burg Aug 3-7

Soccer team sizes have changed for next year – U6-U7 5v5, U8-U9 7v7, U10-U11 9v9, U12 and up 11v11

 Next year think about having our own spring soccer, it is only games on weekends and no practice.

 Soccer and football signups will be at Kids Day.

Football – Kids returning with jersey cost will be $30, without jersey $55.

Field Manager – Dugouts 1-4 are complete.  Benches will be installed Sunday with locks.

Flag pole quotes – 18 ft - $250

20 ft - $275

Materials only, 1 pole, paint, rope, pulley, new flags

 Chad has a list of things to do have teams pick projects to complete

 Contact Duke about getting a transformer for the back.

Old Business

Appreciation Night will be April 25^th, adults only at legion, they are giving us a $175 discount.  Cost will be $5 a person, will need food donations and help with decorations.

Tracy will be posting new scheduling rules on the website.

New Business

Need fencing to be completed around handicap area.  Cleanup days will be April 11^th.

Need to schedule when to have baseball/softball pictures taken.
