Meeting Minutes- November 27^th

Meeting opened 7:35 pm. Motions Mike Poole, Scott Lefker

Minutes approved: Dave Hollins, Mike Poole.

Treasurer’s report approved: Troy Bach, Scott Lefker.

Old Business:

	Discussions on Dan McKibben’s proposal for competitive basketball teams continuing.
	Sponsor banner should be ready December 1^st.
	Soccer Banquet went well.

New Business:

Basketball: Code of conduct banner to be made and hung in the gym. Vote on funds up to $200. 4 yes 0 no.

Season starts December 1^st.

Baseball/Softball signups January 12^th 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Committee Reports:

	Baseball – Nothing to report.
	Softball – End of season tournament to be held @ WJAA fields starting around June 20^th ending before July 4^th. Team fees increasing from $120 to $170. Mid season tournament will be replaced with a pre-season tournament.
	Basketball- (see new business)

	Cheerleading-Nothing to report.
	Concessions-Nothing to report
	Haunted Woods-Nothing to report
