-ByLaw Passed in January:  All Motions/proposals presented will be voted on by & all final decision made by the Execture Board members. 

-ByLaw Passed in January:  Any new discussion, motions, proposals must be presented to the President prior to the monthly meeting to put on the nights agenda to be discussed.  If not they may/will be held until the next meeting to then be placed on such meeting agenda.

-ByLaw Passed in January :  Nominations to be taken place in Oct. & Voting in Nov. in the case of Treasurer all books must be handed over in December so new Treasurer can begin Jan. 1^st.
