President Report:  Feb. meeting was moved to 3/6/07

New Business

- 3 mow contracts will be reviewed and presented at the March meeting. 

- New Flag for the complex – Scott Royer will take care of.

- Motion:  WJAA to add spring soccer as a subtitle under the soccer heading to collect fees as a WJAA sport. Tracy Coffey 1^st, 2^nd by Monte Fitzpatrick. Bylaw would read:  Spring Soccer – If teams participate in Spring Soccer WJAA will collect the necessary fees to be put in the general fund.

- KID GLVOE DATES:  May 8^th 200 tickets vs. Astros; May 21^st 100 tickets vs. Nationals.  Croswell bus $487.00 per bus.

Committee reports:

Softball:  Travis at county meeting will report in March.

Soccer:  August 25^th season starts, 6 wk schedule, make-up wknd & 3 wknd tournaments. Possible fundraiser in June working concessions at Band Festival in Felicity.  Spring Soccer March 16^th sign-ups to play in SAY.  Coach’s clinic Friday, April 9^th $10 fee for SAY.  Goals to be taken off field by March 10^th if possible.

Baseball:  Troy reported Misc/general information. Bob Sims Photography will do pictures for Baseball & Softball

Basketball:  Monte reported season is over, Madsen’s team finished 2^nd in tourney, Deans’ team finished 2^nd in league play.

Concession: Nothing to report.

Cheerleading:  Not present to report.

Haunted Woods:  Need October 18, 19, & 20.  Dave Hollins will organize again this year.

Budget Committee:   Need to present.

Field Committee:  New Trash containers for complex were donated by Grant Vocational School.  Home Plates, #5 pitching mound will be replaced.  Field 2 will be worked on. Field 6 will replace field 2 until ready.  Mike pope to look into Eagle Scouts to do project for pitching machine area.  No problem with insurance. Dirt for fields, spend $2000 limit.  Paint fences at the complex firm estimate will be given at March meeting.

- Soffit for underneath concession stand was Ok’d to do:  Jim Jermer 1^st, 2^nd by Mike Pope. Vote:  Pres. Y, V.P. Y, Sec. Y, VP Basketball Y, VP Soccer Y, Treasurer Y, VP Softball n/a, VP Baseball Y, VP Cheerleading n/a, VP Concession Y
